The following is the court motion on behalf of Janet Burton submitted to Judge Larry L. Grant 6-10-2004. This motion accompanied by Dr. Blaylock's letter, Letter from Mohammed Ali Al-Bayati, and the VAERS listing of hot lots the children received. We are still waiting for a response to the motion.
